Working with your professional coach, Anthony Bastian, is a game changer. If you know for a fact that your current progress is not where you need to be or meeting a specific need, working with Proud Bodies will get you back on track!

We help athletes of all levels look good and compete well. Your coach will begin with an assessment, and get to know what your goals and routines are. Custom workouts are created for your goals based on your conversation, commitment level, and what motives you to train.

HOW WE WORK TOGETHER

  • CONSULTATION

    After getting matched with a coach, you’ll have a one on one consultation call and fill out a detailed intake form to get to know your background and goals.

  • ASSESSMENT

    Your coach will check your mobility and get a baseline on your strength, conditioning, and your movement levels. You must be willing to push your comfort zone to make a lasting change.

  • CUSTOM PLAN

    Every month, we will incorporate new workouts that will help you progress toward your goals. Nutrition modifications and additional assessments to accelerate your progress will be included.
